This episode is a simple relaxation exercise - I did not get around to a science review this time - and it's all about focusing on your own intrinsic value. I've been listening to the story of one man's pathway to overcoming the debilitating condition of borderline personality disorder, and it reminded me how important it is to replenish the well of self worth from time to time.
